All orders are processed within 1-2 business days after the order is placed. Once the order is processed, a tracking number will be provided via email so that you can track the progress of your shipment. We cannot guarantee weekend delivery. To estimate your delivery time frame please use the delivery window of Monday through Friday.
In the event that a back order occurs you will receive notification via email. Back orders are shipped as they become available at no additional shipping charge. If you would like more information on a back-ordered item, or if you prefer to cancel the back order, please email your request to customerservice@monsterdildos.net referencing your order number.

To qualify for free shipping, the order total must be $125.00 or more after any discounts, promotions or any coupons being applied. Free shipping is only available for orders shipped within the lower 48 contiguous United States. Free shipping is not available to Alaska or Hawaii nor to any other part of the world.

Please note that customs officials of any country are authorized to, and sometimes do open packages for inspection. We cannot accept responsibility for any orders delayed, confiscated or seized by foreign customs or governments.
Please be aware that we will not issue refunds/credits for seized items that are not returned to us.

Customs duties may or may not be imposed by customs officials in your country. These fees are your responsibility, and are not included in our shipping charges. Our customers tell us that fees are not collected consistently on small parcels. However, any and all fees imposed by your customs agents are the sole responsibility of you.
Also, we legally have to include a description of the contents on all international orders. Our descriptions are truthful but generic, not-sexually-related descriptions. For example, rubber plug, leather bracelets, jewelry, etc.
Because such fees are very variable from country to country, our store cannot and will calculate or include these fees in your total cost to us. You, the consumer, will be and are responsible for any of these types of fees and charges.
